I found the rooms to be good and clean, a relief. the animation team was excellent. They asked for our feedbacks daily. i liked that there were plenty of activities every day, so we could pick what suited us best.
I did expect more than what i saw, considering what i read online. the drinks were very poor quality, and the spirits all tasted the same. the bar staff in the lobby ignored me a few times. I just walked away.

The reception staff assisted me well and made me happy. I received a room upgrade, which I REALLY appreciated. I was able to dine in the à la carte restaurant at no charge. A full plate of fresh fruits was even sent to my room.
Some of the rooms are a bit outdated, though very clean.

the staff was helpful , and the view in the room was acceptable.
the hotel interior seemed run-down and poorly maintained , it impacted cleanliness and hygiene. the heated swimming pool was small and overcrowded , also located behind the hotel. new year's eve dinner was quite disorganized , and it took place in a small room with guests from other hotels.

The furniture in the room was quite old. There was no ventilator in the bathroom. The tv was also outdated. Not what I expected for the price point. I found it difficult to relax with the condition of the furnishings.

a decent hotel, but with some drawbacks

the location is wonderful. the staff is very attentive and provides excellent service. the rooms are cleaned daily and are very tidy.
i did notice a constant noise throughout the night . even at 3 am, i heard banging and furniture moving, which woke me up every single night. the food here is disgusting apart from the breakfast, edible.
